Job Description

Commercial Insurance Account Manager needed for an Insurance Agency located in Arcadia CA.
The Account Manager will work closely with one Producer, managing a book of $450k in revenue, and will be building client relationships and ensuring the clients day-to-day service expectations are met. Our client is a well-established agency that is focused on a team and family oriented. The candidate will have strong commercial lines account management experience (a minimum of 2 years) working in an independent agency.  Will be required to assist with Certificates as needed
 
  • HOURS:  Full-Time Hours, Mon-Fri, 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • DURATION:  Direct Hire
  • WORKSITE:  This position is in office. After training, hybrid is considered.
  • PAY:  $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Client also offers commissions on new business and renewals for accounts brought to agency but no sales quota is required
  • BENEFITS:  This client offers a full comprehensive benefits package to include medical, dental, life insurance, and PTO
Requirements:
  • Recent Independent Agency experience, minimum 2 years working in Commercial Lines Insurance as an Account Manager.
  • Commercial Lines Insurance designations preferred but not required.
  • Experience processing endorsements, billing/invoicing, financing, online rating, reviewing and checking policies.
  • An Active California P&C License
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • EPIC experience  is a plus but not required.
