Employee Benefits Account Manager
Full Time/ Direct Hire 
Location: San Diego

The Employee Benefits Account Manager supports the Producers in the administration, renewal, and servicing   of client Benefit Plans.

Requirements

-CA Life & Health license
-Advanced Excel skills (creating pivot tables and global budgets) and an ability to learn new software quickly
-Working knowledge of   EaseCentral Benefits Admin System is a plus
-The Benefits Account Manager must have recent benefits experience (5+ years) handling groups of 50 lives or more
-The ideal candidate will be a team player- willing and able to help with all tasks; including assisting or backing up   others when needed  
- The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be a mentor to the account coordinator, providing direction and feedback 
-Answer client questions regarding benefits, products offered and any customer service needs


This is a full time, direct hire opportunity with a well-established agency
Competitive compensation and benefits offered
$60-$70k+ DOE
