Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager needed for an Independent Insurance Agency located Westlake Village, CA! The Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager will manage the renewal and servicing of a $1.5-$2 million dollars book of business. Primary responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring that clients' day-to-day service expectations are met. 
  • HOURS: Full-Time Hours, Mon-Fri, 08:00 am – 4:30 pm. (Flexible schedules are offered.)
  • DURATION: Direct Hire
  • WORKPLACE: Hybrid role offered; working 2 days from home on a weekly basis. Remote work will be offered if the candidate does not reside within a reasonable driving distance of the office.
  • PAY: $27-$35 an hour.
  • BENEFITS: This client offers a full comprehensive benefits package.
Daily duties can include, but are not limited to: 
Providing advice
Processing policy changes
Remarketing policies, and writing new policies as needed for an existing client
Policy checking
Generating new business through networking, cross selling, and referrals
Maintain professional working relationships with insurance carriers, clients and their representatives, and other departments/personnel within the agency
The Account Manager may have the option to learn and also grow in Commercial Insurance!

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience recently working as a PL CSR / Account Manager in an independent agency environment. 
  • The qualified candidate must hold an active CA Property/Casualty license.
  • AMS 360 experience is required!
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
