Personal Lines Producer needed for an agency located in the La Mesa CA area.  The main function of the job is to bring in new business for the personal lines department; Auto, Home, Renters, etc. 
Leads are not provided - The Producer will be responsible for bringing in their own leads.   This is a direct hire position.  
 

Compensation:

Open to Base of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience + New business and renewal commissions

The qualified candidate must have 3+ years recent Personal Lines sales experience, hold an active Property/Casualty license, be a self-starter and motivated. 
 
The qualified candidate must also have demonstrated Personal Lines Sales experience by having facts to share as well as sales numbers to share.

Sharlene was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She enjoys traveling as well as spending time with her husband, their two Labs, family and friends.
