RECEPTIONIST / Insurance Assistant needed for insurance firm located in Del Mar. The qualified candidate will have stable work history and three, plus, years experience working in a Receptionist/Assistant role. Some insurance experience is strongly preferred! This is a temp-to-hire position and pays at $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Answering the phones and forwarding calls as needed.
  • Assisting callers with questions.
  • Processing the mail, scanning and faxing as needed.
  • Assist with processing certificates of insurance.
  • Assist account managers with general office tasks; email correspondence, composing letters, etc.
  • Other office duties as needed and required.

Professional dress attire is required on a daily basis.

Regular and prompt  attendance is mandatory for this position.
