Sr. Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager - HNW experience - Hybrid/Remote!
Job Description
- HOURS: Full time, 08:30 am – 05:00 pm
- DURATION: Direct Hire
- WORKPLACE: A Hybrid schedule will be considered after the first three months in office (would be 2 – 3 days working remote each week).
- PAY: $48.00 - $55.00 per hour, plus overtime compensation.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive policy reviews, proactively identifying coverage enhancements, and ensuring smooth renewal and claims processes.
Additionally, this role demands strong carrier relationships to negotiate favorable terms and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring an exceptional standard of service.
Job Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain relationships with VIP clients and ensure their insurance needs are met.
- Manage a book of personal lines clients, including auto, home, personal umbrella and other personal insurance policies. Oversee a diverse portfolio of high net-worth personal lines clients, including luxury homes, high-value autos, fine art, collectibles etc.…. Drive the renewal processes, identify cross-selling opportunities, and ensure proactive engagement on policy adjustments. and address any client concerns.
- Perform policy review and recommendations for the clients.
- Monitor high-net-worth insurance market trends and negotiate with top carriers to secure competitive, high-value quotes tailored to affluent clientele. Present clear options to clients.
- Serve as the primary advocate for clients on complex claims or issues, working closely with carriers and claims adjusters to secure prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Work closely with underwriters, claims departments, and other internal teams, from producers to accounting, to deliver exceptional service and resolve any client-related issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience recently working as a PL Account Manager, working within an independent agency environment, with 7 of those years working with HNW clients/policies.
- The qualified candidate must hold an active CA Property/Casualty license.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- EPIC experience required. Must have intermediate to advanced skills using EPIC.
- Must have a strong Marketing background.
- Outstanding attention to detail, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
