 We have partnered with a client   who is seeking a Work Comp  Claims Support Rep- Agency Liaison   for their well- established insurance brokerage.
 ******The Claims Support Rep must have work comp Claims experience  (as a WC Claims Assistant, Claims Examiner or as a Claims Support Rep in an insurance brokerage setting) .

The Claims Support Specialist is the liaison between the carrier, adjusters and clients relative to Workers Comp claims.

 Requirements:

The   Work Comp Claims Support Rep oversees the claims process.  As a liaison for the agency, they will evaluate client's loss runs throughout the year, be an active member of the client service and sales team by utilizing claims knowledge and customer service expertise.

  Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and listening skills are imperative for this role
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience  working with work comp claims with a strong knowledge of coverage, the claims process, rules and regulations relative to Workers Comp
  • Insurance agency or insurance brokerage experience is  required
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking, analytical and follow up skills
  • Solid computer skills
