DATA ENTRY CLERK / SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT needed for firm located near La Mesa. The qualified candidate MUST have QuickBooks Enterprise experience.
This is a temporary position, no set end date at this time, and pays at $18 - $22/hr.

Job Summary: Assist with the daily customer service inquiries and operation of the Company (Ergonomics). Input inventory of items and estimates/quotes into QuickBooks Enterprise. Working with numbers on a daily basis. 

Essential functions:
• Serve as liaison with customers throughout the purchase and acquisition of items.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage within strict deadlines.
• Quickly understand computer systems and problem solve with clients in a professional manner.
• Assist in creation of project reporting, gathering and analyzing metrics.
• Establish, maintain, and update project files, archives, and other documents, and manage all information with absolute confidentiality.
• Miscellaneous projects as assigned by Supervisor.

Specific duties:
• Customer Service
• Manage email and phone calls
• Enter Customer Orders & Quotes
• Manage warranty returns

Regular and Prompt attendance is mandatory for this position.
