  • Salary range is $75k-$95k (could be a little flexible here, depending on experience).

Is specifically responsible for leadership, business acumen, meeting and leading performance metrics, including branch growth and profitability projections, operations, employee development, and member quality service experience. Direct the sales and service of the branch office and is accountable for the associated results. Lead and model delivering a stellar member service experience. Provide solutions for a better financial life to our members. Create a positive and stimulating environment for employees’ growth and member enrichment through fostering an environment of innovation and learning. Responsible for branch business planning, SEG and member development, profitable growth and seeking opportunities to grow acquiring, retaining and deepening SEG/ member relationships through business/community partners (SEGs) and diversify revenue generated by the branch.   • Must have at least 5 years branch manager banking experience 
  • Bachelor Degree and  five to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Supervisory experience, experience in a financial institution/credit union, knowledge of branch operational activities, and understanding of loan practices is required.
  • Must have previous managerial or supervisory experience in a financial institution.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills, good phone and e-mail etiquette, a professional presentation, and a high degree of personal initiative.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including writing reports and presentations; group facilitation skills; ability to develop professional relationships; as well as networking internally and externally.
  • Must have leadership skills with the ability to develop staff, provide ongoing coaching and grow individuals. Ability to develop processes and to organize information.
  • Ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization and develop positive working relationships. Must be able to adapt well to change and be passionate about finding new ways to solve evolving business needs.
  • Microsoft Office applications, as well as the ability to learn new applications quickly; requires general knowledge of network and database use, as well as the ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Must be able to work during regular business hours and occasional nights or weekends as needed to meet and support business partner and community/business networking or events.
  • Active California Real Estate license and Notary license is preferred. All Mortgage Loan
  • Originators (MLO) must be actively registered with the National Mortgage Licensing Service
  • (NMLS). Must renew and pass annually to maintain active status
