IT Systems Administrator- Insurance  Agency Systems 
Full Time/ Direct Hire
Location: Irvine

  The Insurance IT Systems Administrator functions as technical support for back-end applications and IT infrastructure.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to, support of the server and desktop environment; triage and troubleshooting of all hardware and supporting operating systems; support in the creation and updating of process documentation; vendor interface for support and information gathering, system patching, Microsoft Active Directory support functionality, application upgrades, coordination of deliverables with Users, and after hours support for the agency branches.
  • 3-5 years' IT Systems experience  working in the insurance industry (for a brokerage or a carrier)
  • Some local travel between offices required (once every few weeks) 
  • Experience with hardware and software vendors/products, such as PC’ s, AMS360 agency management system,  routers/switches, Cisco, VOIP phone systems/software, firewalls, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Adobe, VMWare.

Certifications and Licensing:
COMPTIA A+ Certification
Microsoft and/or Cisco Certifications are a plus
