Insurance Administrative Assistant- Surety Bond Assistant
Location: Irvine
Full time
M-F  (8: 30am-5: 00pm)

Do you have insurance or banking (loan or credit analyst experience?    Are you detail oriented and analytical?

        Do you have a friendly personality and work well in a  team environment?

We are seeking a Surety  Bond Assistant for  a terrific insurance brokerage in the Irvine area.

The  Bond Assistant will assist with the completion and processing of applications for insurance related bonds, data entry, invoices, changes, cancellations and  assisting the bond department with special tasks as needed.


-The candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in an administrative role requiring attention to detail and high accuracy.  
-Must have advanced computer/ data entry skills with minimal errors (will be tested)  
-Ability to prioritize work flow  
-Solid communication skills ( both verbal and written)  
--Experience  working with Surety Bonds is  a plus 
-Experience working in an insurance environment or banking environment in an administrative role with working knowledge of credit and finance 

This is a full time temp to hire/ possible direct hire opportunity
$18-$21/hr Depending on experience
