Location:  Laguna Niguel
$14-$16/hr.

We are seeking a top notch Receptionist for a busy office in the Laguna Niguel area

Are you a recent graduate looking for a great office environment and opportunity for growth?

The Receptionist candidate must be bilingual Spanish and have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience handling busy phones and administrative tasks  in a professional office setting.

Summary:
The receptionist will handle busy  phones, greet visitors, distribute mail, manage break-room supplies and handle customer service and  general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ Experience in managing heavy phones
  • Degree preferred 
  • Proficient with  Excel, Word
  • Solid typing and data entry skills (40 wpm+)
  • Outgoing, upbeat friendly demeanor 
  • Ability to Multi-Task  
  • Must be punctual and have consistent attendance
  • Bilingual English/Spanish  is required

This is a full time direct hire opportunity to work in a terrific office environment offering opportunities for advancement
