Safety certifications such as COSS, COHST, ARM, CRM, ALCM, CSHCO, CCSHCO, ASP, CSP, or equivalent required<br>
Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is required<br>

&#9;<li><span><span><span><span>Review and prepare incoming contracts for input into the electronic work stream</span></span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span><span>Contact agents for missing documents</span></span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span><span>Follow required departmental checklists and workflow items</span></span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span><span>Process a high volume of work within established accuracy and time goals</span></span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span><span>Review and analyze error notices on new policy applications</span></span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span><span>Notify agents of required licensing, Errors and Omissions coverage, and Anti-Money Laundering training</span></span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span><span>Advise internal New Business team of actions to take to resolve error messages</span></span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span><span>Process agent License and Appointments by performing necessary transactions to process state licensing, including payment of fees to state insurance</span></span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span><span>Complete agent terminations by sending letters and terminating agent record and state appointments in all required systems</span></span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span><span>Communicate with agents, field force, state insurance departments and vendors via telephone or email</span></span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span><span>Prepare reports for management and agents</span></span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span><span>Relationship calls with Carriers and Partner Agencies</span></span></span></span>
