COMMERCIAL LINES INSURANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER - Hybrid Remote!
Job Description
Will be overseeing a $5M book, in premium. Will have a Virtual Assistant to assist with handling processing tasks.
Risks will include: Real Estate, Construction, Habitational, Manufacturing, Restaurants -all types of businesses
• HOURS: Full-Time Hours, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• DURATION: Direct Hire
• WORKPLACE: If the Account Manager lives near the office in La Mesa, remote / hybrid work will be considered, but the client would like to discuss option of a possible hybrid role.
100% Remote will be considered but the Account Manager must live in CA and be open to possibly training in office for 2-3 weeks.
• PAY: $75k - $85k, depending on experience.

Job Duties can include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting clients via phone, e-mail and fax with general information regarding policy information, claims, changes, and additional servicing needed during the policy year.
- Working with companies in order to process client requests and properly maintain and service policies.
- Processing Certificate requests, endorsements, company recommendations, and notices of cancellation.
- Final Audits: Reviewing, processing and relaying pertinent information to clients.
- Processing Policies after Marketing Team confirms renewal and Processing New Business from producers.
- Keeping client and policy information in Applied current and accurate including scanning & attaching and documenting through activities.
- Assisting clients in any way possible in the absence of the producer.
Qualifications:
• Must hold an active CA Property/Casualty license.
• Must have 5 or more years recent experience working in an insurance agency as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
• Experience with EPIC is strongly preferred.
• Computer literate; Word, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Apply problem solving techniques to various issues concerning cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, carrier issues.
