COMMERCIAL LINES INSURANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER - Small Business
Job Description
• HOURS: 09:00 am – 03:00 pm (Part time hours-6 hours per)
-----Start time can also be 9:30 am or 10:00 am
• DURATION: Direct Hire
• WORKSITE: In-office. Possible HYBRID schedule offered after 3-6 months.
• PAY: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• BENEFITS: Employer pays 100% of the Health Insurance; Medical only. 401K Profit Sharing.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
-Book is approximately $600k - $750k in premium and growing! Majority direct-billed accounts under $4k.
-Risks are varied.
-Will be assisting one Producer.
-This role is more service heavy than marketing heavy.
- Issuing certificates of insurance.
- Processing change requests and updating the agency management system.
- Reviewing and processing change endorsements.
- Addressing billing issues and cancellation notices.
- Requesting and updating renewal information from clients.
- Running Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) for drivers.
- Distributing policies to clients.
- Issuing Auto ID Cards.
- Market accounts (only when needed) and prepare proposals.
- Additional tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
• The qualified candidate must have a minimum of four years, recent, experience working as a Commercial Lines CSR / Account Manager within an independent agency environment.
• The qualified candidate must hold an active CA Property/Casualty license.
• Must know EPIC; Intermediate to Advanced level.
• Must know MS Office; Intermediate to Advanced level.

Sharlene was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She enjoys traveling as well as spending time with her husband, their two Labs, family and friends.
