Client Coordinator
Job Description
The Client Coordinator will work within the P&C department providing essential clerical assistance to Client Managers and Assistant Client Managers to service existing clients.
- HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- DURATION: Direct Hire
- WORKPLACE: A Hybrid schedule will be offered after a 90 to 120 day probationary period. At this time, 1 day remote work will be offered, either Monday or Friday.
- PAY: Depending on experience, the position can pay $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

- Work as a Team with Client Managers and Assistant Client Managers
- Follow agency policies and procedures
- Create Summaries and Supplemental Applications
- Activity follow up
- Auto ID Cards
- Change Requests
- Claim Reporting and follow up
- Endorsement Processing which includes invoicing
- Evidence of Property Requests and/or certificates
- Final Audit Processing
- Loss run ordering , MVR’s, Notice of Cancellation follow up
- Work Comp Submissions, Proposals, Binding and Policy review
- Train with Client Managers on Package Submissions, Proposals, Binding & Policy Review
- Train with Client Managers on service related tasks
- Assists or complete other tasks as directed by Management
REQUIREMENTS:
- The qualified candidate must have 1 to 3 years’ general office experience.
- High school diploma or college degree.
- Effective communicator; both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive and Ability to focus on the task-at-hand and multi-task as needed.
- Thrive in a TEAM Environment.
- Pass the California Department of Insurance licensing exam within four to six months from hire. Client will pay for all pre-licensing course fees and license exam. You will be allowed four hours of study time during your regular work day for three weeks to complete the course. They will pay the fees for two exams should you be unable to pass on the first. If you are unable to pass the exam, you will be considered for termination.

Sharlene was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She enjoys traveling as well as spending time with her husband, their two Labs, family and friends.
