Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager
Job Description
- HOURS: Monday – Friday. Typical hours may be 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- DURATION: Direct Hire
- WORKPLACE: Hybrid schedule offered; 2 days remote each week.
- PAY: Depending on experience, the position can pay $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Daily duties can include, but are not limited to:
Managing a generalist book of business, client-facing, heading the renewal process (obtaining quotes, updating applications, gathering information from the Insured & negotiating with Underwriters), renewal presentation to Insured’s, marketing new business, requesting endorsements, answering/navigating coverage questions, creating proposals, corresponding & processing Insured requests, claims assistance, and working with the Producer assisting with additional needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience, recently working as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, working within an independent agency environment.
- The qualified candidate must hold an active CA Property/Casualty license.
- EPIC experience is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Clear and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated employment stability required, with a minimum tenure of three years at current and previous positions.

Sharlene was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She enjoys traveling as well as spending time with her husband, their two Labs, family and friends.
