Job Description
Commercial Insurance Account Manager needed for an Insurance Agency located in San Diego.
Position is 3 days from home and 2 days in office per week after training!
The Account Manager will work closely with two Producers to manage a large book of Commercial Lines accounts, with BOP, CL Property, and GL experience being a must! As the Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will care for the day-to-day service including but not limited to:

The Account Manager will work closely with two Producers to manage a large book of Commercial Lines accounts, with BOP, CL Property, and GL experience being a must! As the Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will care for the day-to-day service including but not limited to:
- New and renewal business marketing/quoting to various carriers
- Offering advice to insureds, reviewing contracts and policies for potential gaps in coverage, answer insureds questions
- Adding/Removing drivers, vehicles, and locations
- Process certificates
- Working with the Commercial Lines Department to ensure the insureds are handled with great care!
- HOURS: Full-Time Hours, Mon-Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- Client is open to flexibility on start time between 7:30AM – 9AM
- DURATION: Direct Hire
- WORKSITE: This is a hybrid role after training, with 2 days in office and 3 days work from home!
- PAY: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- BENEFITS: This client offers a full comprehensive benefits package to include medical, dental, life insurance, 401K, and PTO
- Recent Independent Agency experience, minimum 5 years working in Commercial Lines Insurance as a CSR or Account Manager
- Experience with BOPs, GL, and Property is a must!
- Personal Lines High-Net-Worth experience is a plus!
- Experience processing endorsements, billing/invoicing, financing, reviewing and checking policies.
- An Active California P&C License
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Applied Epic or TAM is a plus!
