Job Description

Commercial Insurance Account Manager needed for an Insurance Agency located in San Diego. 

This role offers great hybrid flexibility with 3 days remote, 2 days in office after training! 
The Account Manager will work closely with the Commercial Lines Team, managing a large book of Commercial Lines accounts. As the Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will care for the day-to-day service including but not limited to:
  • New and renewal business marketing/quoting to various carriers
  • Daily servicing including endorsements, certificates, driver changes, billing, etc.
  • Answering client questions
  • Collaborating with the Commercial Lines Team to ensure great care for all clients!
Key Details:
  • HOURS:  Flexible start time! Full-Time Hours, Mon-Fri
    • Hours can be 7:30AM -4:30PM, 8:00AM -5:00PM, or 9:00AM - 6:00PM
  • DURATION:  Direct Hire
  • WORKSITE: In office during training, with hybrid offered once trained! 2 days in office, 3 days remote.
  • PAY:  $75,000 - $85,000  per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years recently or currently working in an insurance agency focusing on Commercial Insurance. Independent agency experience preferred!
  • Experience with BOPs, GL, and Property is a must!
  • Experience processing endorsements, billing/invoicing, financing, reviewing and checking policies.
  • An Active California P&C License
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Strong coverage knowledge is required!
  • Applied Epic or TAM is a plus!
