Commercial Lines Account Manager - (Bilingual Spanish is required!)
Job Description
The Account Manager will work closely with producers, managing a book of $9 million dollars in premium, and will be building client relationships and ensuring the clients day-to-day service expectations are met.
- HOURS: Full-Time Hours, Mon-Fri, 8:00AM-5:00PM
- DURATION: Direct Hire
- WORKSITE: This position is in office & remote will be offered after training.
- PAY: $75k - $120k base salary per year, depending on experience. (To qualify for $95K+, the candidate must have at least 5 recent years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.)

- Manage a diverse book of business, including small and middle market accounts
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service for commercial lines
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
- Issue certificates of insurance, binders, and auto ID cards
- Assist with premium audits and invoicing
- Assist in the retention of renewal business
- Recent Independent Agency experience, minimum 3-5 years working in Commercial Lines Insurance as an Account Manager.
- Experience processing endorsements, billing/invoicing, financing, online rating, reviewing and checking policies.
- An Active California P&C License
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
