Commercial Lines Insurance CSR / Account Manager
Job Description
Commercial Lines CSR/Account Manager needed for a well-established agency that promotes and encourages your professional development and growth!

Joining this team, you will work with the Producer and Account Manager to service the growing book of generalized risks, including but not limited to:
- Caring for renewal marketing A-Z
- Obtaining renewal information from insured's, vehicle/driver/location lists, run MVRs, obtain loss runs, submit to market as directed by Producer or current Account Manager
- Daily servicing includes answering coverage questions, endorsements, certificates, claims, etc.
- Agency invoicing
- Communicate and negotiate with underwriting
- Maintain professional working relationships with insurance companies and other departments/personnel within the agency
Key Details:
- HOURS: Full-Time Hours, Mon-Fri, 8:00AM-5:00PM
- DURATION: Direct Hire
- PAY: $52,000 - $85,000 + Bonus ( To qualify for $70k - $85k, the qualified candidate must have 3-5 years in an Account Manager role with EPIC experience.)
- BENEFITS: This client offers a full comprehensive benefits package, and support to obtain designations
- WORKSITE: This is a full time in office position
To succeed in this role, you should have the following experience & skills:
- 5+ years of current independent insurance agency experience working as an Account Manager/Customer Service Rep on Commercial Insurance risks
- Intermediate Applied Epic skills are a must!
- Proven experience processing endorsements, billing/invoicing, financing, reviewing, and checking policies, and marketing new and renewal business to multiple insurance carriers
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- An Active Arizona P&C License
- Strong multi-tasking skills as this is a large book of business with heavy servicing and renewal work!
