Job Description
Candidates must reside in or near one of the following locations:
Roseville, Walnut Creek, San Jose, Costa Mesa, or San Diego.
Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager focusing on Construction Accounts needed for an Insurance Agency located in Roseville, CA!
- HOURS: Flexible schedule; 8 am – 5 pm
- DURATION: Temporary (no end date)
- Pay: $37.50 an hour to $43.27 an hour depending on experience.
- WORKPLACE: 100% Remote work offered. Must reside in CA. Or if you prefer to work in-office or a hybrid schedule, there is that option. In-office training may be required.
- BENEFITS: Weekly payroll, direct deposit, online time entry, sick leave pay, and upon meeting eligibility: holiday pay, vacation pay and 401K Retirement Plan.
- Service accounts, including account transactions such as quote and issue policies, ID cards, proposal endorsements, certificates, claims, renewals, follow-up, and correspondence.
- Respond to client inquiries, incoming mail, and company request needs on a timely basis.
- Insurance marketing and sales.
- Collect renewal data on assigned accounts.
- Claims support.
- Develop coverage strategies and plans, as necessary.
- Review new/renewal policies and endorsements to ensure items were received as ordered.
- Complete other functions and assignments assigned, including backup duties
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience recently working as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, working within an independent agency environment.
- Construction account experience is required.
- Active Property & Casualty License Required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Applied EPIC experience is plus.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
