Job Description

Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager needed for an insurance agency located in Woodland Hills, CA!
  • HOURS:  Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • DURATION:  Direct Hire
  • WORKPLACE:  In office
  • PAY:  Depending on experience, the position can pay $70,000 - $85,000 per year.
  • BENEFITS:  This client offers a full comprehensive benefits package.
Job Duties can include, but are not limited to:
-Serve as point of contact for insureds, underwriters, and intermediaries to push new and renewal business efforts forward.
-Negotiate rates and terms on new business and renewal terms
-Process and present quotes, binders, policies, and certs of insurance to insureds and their stakeholders.
-Keep files current with policy changes (new binds, renewals, endorsements, etc.)
-Build upon and maintain strong, long-lasting client and other business relationships.
-Utilize your own creativity to contribute to the company’s efforts to serve new and existing clients, optimize processes, and continue to grow

REQUIREMENTS:
-The qualified candidate must have recent experience working as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, minimum three years, in an independent agency environment.
-Must hold an active CA Property and Casualty license.
-Ezlynx is preferred but not required.
-Must understand and analyze insurance coverage, forms and policies.
-Good written and oral communication skills.
-Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and self-confident.
