Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager
Job Description
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Worksite: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Duration: Direct Hire
Pay: $65,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience)
Benefits: Full comprehensive benefits package offered
Job Duties (can include, but are not limited to):
-Assist Client Managers and Producers in providing quality service to existing clients.
-Prepare ACORD applications and submissions.
-Assist with marketing, including pre-qualifying new business opportunities.
-Prepare proposals for new and renewal business.
-Bind renewals and new business as required.
-Renew policies and process endorsements in the EPIC agency management system.
-Request and gather pre-renewal information from clients.
--Review, evaluate, and process policies for accuracy and compliance.
Manage activity follow-ups (diaries, suspense items).
-Develop and maintain knowledge of commercial lines coverage, forms, and rating.
-Communicate with clients, underwriters, and carriers regarding coverage, claims, and policy updates.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2–3 years of recent experience in Commercial Lines support, Assistant Account Manager, or similar role.
-Active Property & Casualty license required
-High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
-Experience with EPIC is preferred.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
