Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance CSR for our client in the Redding area. Do you have 2 or more years experience working with personal lines and are you ready for the next step in your career? The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to the commercial lines department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks. This position requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
HOURS: Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
DURATION: Direct Hire
WORKPLACE: In office
PAY: Depending on experience, position can pay $20 an hour - $25 an hour

Duties can include, but are not limited to:
- Change requests
- Endorsements
- Renewals
- New Policies
- Policy Review
- Review policy, confirm insured has forms required for operations & Certificates on file
- Assist insureds with requests: review policies, coverages, changes, quotes.
- Market/Quote renewals as needed via carrier portals or application submissions.
- Other duties as requested or needed.
- Minimum two years’ experience recently working on Personal Lines accounts within an independent agency environment is preferred.
- The qualified candidate must hold an active CA Property/Casualty license.
- AMS 360 is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- Clear written and communication skills. Must be comfortable speaking on the phone.
