- HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (can later move to 8 am – 4:30 pm or 8:30 am – 5:30 pm)
- DURATION: Direct Hire
- WORKPLACE: This is an in-office position – on-site only.
- PAY: $30.00–$40.86 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.

- Support Producers with new business and renewals, including information gathering, applications, quoting, proposal preparation, and data entry in the agency management system and carrier systems
- Manage the renewal process by maintaining the Expiration Report, coordinating renewal planning with Producers, gathering renewal information, obtaining quotes, preparing proposals, and updating the agency system throughout each renewal cycle
- Deliver day-to-day client service through professional verbal and written communication, answering coverage questions, assisting with claims and policy changes, explaining premium breakdowns, and responding promptly to client and carrier inquiries
- Maintain detailed and accurate account files, ensuring all documentation and correspondence are properly recorded in the agency management system
- Collaborate with clients, Producers, support staff, and management to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Protect the confidentiality of client information at all times
- Maintain strong technical knowledge and participate in ongoing training for Agency Management System, carrier systems, and related tools
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ recent experience working as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, working within an independent agency environment.
- Must have and also maintain a California Property & Casualty Broker-Agent license in good standing, including completing required continuing education on time.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- EPIC experience a plus.
- Experience with SalesForce preferred.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable—able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment while collaborating with clients and teammates. Self-motivated and excited to keep learning in a specialized niche!
