Sr. Commercial Lines Insurance Assistant - Hybrid Remote!
Job Description
HOURS: 08:00 am – 04:30 pm (37.25 hour work week)
DURATION: Direct Hire
WORKPLACE: Hybrid or Remote. Must reside in California.
--If the candidate lives in or near the office, a hybrid schedule is preferred.
--If the candidate does not live within a reasonable distance of the office, remote work will be offered. Must reside in CA.
PAY: Depending on experience, $55k - $65k

Job Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Issuing One Off Certificates
- Issuing Renewal Certificates
- Issuing Auto ID cards
- Requesting/Processing endorsements
- Processing Direct billed audits
- Cancellations
- Sending out pre-renewal letters to Insured’s.
- Assisting Account Managers/Producers with miscellaneous requests.
- Minimum five years’ experience recently working as a Sr. Commercial Assistant, working within an independent agency environment.
- The qualified candidate must hold an active CA Property/Casualty license.
- Experience working with EPIC a must.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Clear written and communication skills. Must be comfortable speaking on the phone.

Sharlene was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She enjoys traveling as well as spending time with her husband, their two Labs, family and friends.
