Insurance Claims Liaison - Hybrid
Job Description

The Claims Liaison will be responsible for working with the insureds and assigned adjusters throughout the claims process to ensure claims are being managed and processed accurately and in a timely manner until payment. Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- Take first notice of loss (FNOL) from insured, and submit to the various Personal and Commercial Lines insurance carrier claims departments or TPAs
- Work closely with the insured, adjuster, and other involved parties to ensure the claim is being processed accurately and in a timely manner, including daily follow ups when needed
- Provide updates to insureds, Account Managers, Producers, and Adjusters
- Keep agency management system up to date throughout claims process
- Visit with carrier representatives, adjusters, and insureds when needed
- Run loss run reports regularly through provider information systems for Commercial insureds
- Research verbal and written providers’ claims inquiries as needed
Key Details
- HOURS: Full-Time Hours, Monday to Friday
- DURATION: Direct Hire
- WORKSITE: Onsite at the Mesa office preferred during training, and hybrid once up and running
- PAY: $55,000 - $62,000/Year + bonus, depending on experience

Requirements:
- Applied Epic experience highly preferred!
- Strong written, verbal, and spoken communication skills
- Strong understanding of insurance claims principles, with Commercial Lines claims being required, and Personal Lines claims being a plus!
- 3 years’ recent experience, minimum, working as a Commercial Lines CSR, Account Manager, or Claims Liaison. Open to a Claims Adjuster but you must obtain your P&C Licenses.
- Experience processing Commercial Lines claims including obtaining information on claim, submitting to appropriate carriers, updating the insured and Account Manager/Executive, and speaking with Adjusters.
