- HOURS: 9 am to 5 pm
- DURATION: Direct Hire
- WORKPLACE: In office
- PAY: $65,000 – $82,500 base salary
- BENEFITS: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with employer match, and paid time off
-Work with relevant vendors for necessary follow up
-Review and follow up with agents and carriers on all requirements
-Process all insurance cases within Salesforce
-Provide professional correspondence via email and phone
-Understand carrier workflows and carrier specific nuances
-Work closely with their team to meet common goals and assist when able.
-Understand carrier workflows and maneuver carrier websites
Qualifications
-5+ years of life and annuity insurance industry experience
-Minimum 3-5 years in a management role
-Strong knowledge of new business case management in life insurance
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
-Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Proven ability to lead teams with a servant leadership approach
-Ability to prioritize, delegate, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
