Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Description
Our client is looking to add a licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to their growing team! This person will play a key role in building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating positive experiences for personal lines clients. The ideal candidate will be responsive, detail-oriented, and confident assisting clients with policy questions, account updates, and coverage needs.
- HOURS: Full-Time Hours, Mon-Fri, 08:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- DURATION: Direct Hire
- WORKPLACE: Hybrid role offered; working 2-3 days from home on a weekly basis.
- PAY: $65,000 - $100,000, depending on experience. (To qualify for $85k+ you must have HNW experience and recent Personal Lines Account Manager experience with AMS360.)

- Manage communication between clients and carriers
- Assist producers with quotes
- Process all applications, policies and endorsements for clients, review for accuracy
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Process agency bill renewals and client invoices
- Cross-sell/up-sell products to existing customers
- Remain current and knowledgeable on every aspect of supported product
- Advise clients on their risk profile
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend and adjust coverages as needed
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in personal lines in an independent insurance agency.
- Familiarity with the Personal Lines marketplace, including coverages (home, auto, umbrella, specialty), underwriting, and carrier guidelines
- Active Property and Casualty license is required
- AMS 360 is preferred
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Well organized and detail oriented
