Personal Auto Insurance Product Manager needed for a California based Insurance Carrier!

This position offers great flexibility with only 1 day in office per week!

This carrier is seeking an experienced Product Manager to work closely with the Actuary and Claims Departments to develop and implement plans for the company's Personal Lines Auto products, including pricing, underwriting guidelines, and coverage enhancements. There will be market research, data analysis, and interdepartmental collaboration as you play a vital role in this company's growth and success! 
 
  • HOURS:  Full-Time Hours, Mon-Fri, 8:00AM-5:00PM (PST)
  • DURATION:  Direct Hire
  • WORKSITE: This position is hybrid, with only 1 day in office required here in San Diego!
  • PAY:  $115,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • BENEFITS:  This client offers a full comprehensive benefits package to include medical, dental, life insurance, 401K, and PTO
Requirements to be successful in this role:
  • Minimum of 5 current years' experience in Personal Lines Auto Insurance product management and underwriting.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing Personal Auto Insurance products 
  • Strong analytical skills including proficiency in data analysis techniques, actuarial concepts and modeling.
  • Proven knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to Personal Auto Insurance products.
