Job Description

Bilingual Spanish Personal Insurance Customer Service Rep (CSR) needed for an insurance agency in the Mira Mesa area of San Diego CA.

The CSR will be responsible for assisting the Personal Lines Department by providing product education to new and existing clients, as well as servicing current client accounts including but not limited to: 

  • Processing policy changes
  • Remarketing policies, and writing new policies as needed for an existing client.
  • Cross selling and retention of client accounts
  • Answering questions regarding coverage, billing, claims, etc.

 

  • HOURS:  Full-Time Hours, Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5:00PM
  • WORKSITE: In office
  • DURATION:  Direct Hire
  • PAY:  $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
    • For $55,000+, you must have a minimum of 2 years servicing and selling Personal Insurance policies and P&C Licenses
  • BENEFITS:  This client offers a full comprehensive benefits package to include medical, dental, life insurance, incentives, and PTO

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish required!
  • 1-2 years of current experience working in Personal Lines with California policies
  • Active CA P&C, Life & Health Licenses preferred. Client will consider candidates with Personal Lines Only License, but you must be willing to obtain your P&C Licenses within 60 days of hire, and Life & Health Licenses within 12 months.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management skills and computer proficiency
  • Ability to apply critical thinking, make sound judgments, and pay attention to detail
  • Keystroke 50+ WPM with accuracy
