This is a very well established agency, over 50 years in business!
This agency offers weekly lunches to the staff, they have a monthly stress coach come in, birthday celebrations as well as Summer and Christmas celebrations for those who want to participate.
- HOURS: This office works a 9/80 work schedule for a total of eight nine-hour days, one eight-hour day, and one day-off spread over a two-workweek period...SO every other Monday off!
- DURATION: Direct Hire
- WORKPLACE: This is an in-office position.
- PAY: $67,000 per year, plus bonus and commission potential.
- If the AM has two years recent independent agency experience and knows AMS-360, the position will pay at a higher salary; approximately $70,000-$74,000-depends on experience.

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to:
The Personal Lines CSR, or Account Manager, will be managing a $2.5 mil book in premium (approximately 800-900 accounts).
90% of the clients are multi-line; preferred carriers. Most clients are in the Urban areas so they do not work a lot with the CA Fair Plan.
No sales quotas or cold calling. Relationship focused!
- Manage all aspects of client's personal lines policies, including annual reviews, policy changes, questions, etc.
- Collect information necessary to quote and issue personal insurance policies.
- Process underwriting, client and 3rd party correspondence.
- Cross-sell missing lines of business.
- Help clients navigate through the claims process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Personal Lines CSR or Account Manager.
- The qualified candidate must hold an active CA Property/Casualty license.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- AMS-360 experience a plus. Will train!
- Experience with Mercury is a plus.
- Participate in training courses to further your knowledge of contracts, underwriting guidelines and rating procedures
