Personal Lines Customer Service Rep
Job Description
- HOURS: Full-Time Hours, Mon-Fri, 9:00 am – 05:30 pm.
- DURATION: Direct Hire
- WORKPLACE: In office
- PAY: $50,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

The Personal Lines CSR will be responsible for assisting personal lines insurance clients (homeowners, auto, etc.) with the maintenance and service of their policies, including
- Providing advice
- processing policy changes
- remarketing policies, and writing new policies as needed for an existing client.
- Maintain professional working relationships with insurance companies and other departments/personnel within the agency
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience recently working as a Personal Insurance CSR.
- Farmers experience is preferred.
- The qualified candidate must hold an active CO Property/Casualty license.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
