- HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (flex schedule is offered)
- DURATION: Direct Hire
- WORKPLACE: Local candidates preferred | In-office initially for training, with flexibility to discuss a hybrid schedule
- PAY: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) experience to support an exclusive client base. This role services complex personal insurance portfolios for billionaires, professional athletes, high-profile families, and clients with specialized coverage needs such as Kidnap & Ransom.

Book of Business
- Book size will be determined based on experience.
- Clients will be thoughtfully assigned to ensure long-term success and service quality.
- Provide day-to-day client service and account management.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and auto changes.
- Handle renewals, including marketing and obtaining quotes.
- Request and issue Evidence of Insurance.
- Review and assess home appraisal findings.
- Assist with claims handling, including first notice of loss.
- Manually enter quotes into carrier systems as needed.
- Manage and conduct annual coverage reviews for each client.
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure accuracy across all accounts.
- Other duties as required and requested.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recent experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager.
- Proven experience servicing High Net Worth clients within an independent agency environment.
- Active Property & Casualty license.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Open to feedback and able to accept constructive criticism.
- Professional, polished communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- EPIC experience a plus.
- Carrier Experience (Required)
Candidates must have recent experience working with at least three (3) of the following carriers:- Chubb
- PURE
- Berkley One
- Cincinnati Insurance
