Personal Lines Marketing Specialist needed for independent agency in Mesa, AZ. Remote offered but you MUST live in Arizona.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Marketing Specialist to join a team based in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Independent Insurance industry and possess expertise in using Applied Systems EPIC and Ezlynx. As a Personal Lines Insurance Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing the insureds with competitive insurance quotes while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to agency standards.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve current and existing information from Applied EPIC to input into the comparative rater (Ezlynx).
- Enter accurate information into rater, run rates, and determine the most competitive carrier(s) against existing policies.
- Navigate carrier websites to review and finalize quotes, preparing necessary documentation for presentation to assigned agents for client communication.
- Document all actions taken in Epic, including attaching the most competitive quotes.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Arizona insurance market, including risk characteristics, construction types, carrier eligibility, and appetite.
- Collaborate with team members and the Personal Lines Manager as needed.
- Stay proactively informed about relevant industry developments to enhance your expertise.
- Complete tasks promptly to ensure outstanding customer service for our clients.
- Identify and escalate items requiring special attention to the appropriate personnel.
- HOURS: Full-Time Hours, Mon-Fri, 8:00AM-5:00PM
- DURATION: Direct Hire
- PAY: $45,000 - $55,000 per year + bonus, depending on experience.

- WORKSITE: Remote offered to Arizona candidates.
- 3+ years of Personal Lines experience within an independent agency.
- Proficiency in using Applied Systems EPIC is essential.
- Familiarity with Ezlynx is required.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills are necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are crucial.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Preference for candidates who hold a Property & Casualty Agent license in the State of Arizona, though not required.
- Act proactively in researching and staying informed about ongoing industry developments.
- Complete all tasks promptly to ensure top-notch customer service for our clients.
- Identify and communicate items needing special attention to the appropriate personnel.
