Personal Lines Sales Representative
Job Description
- HOURS: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday
- DURATION: Direct Hire
- WORKPLACE: In office
- PAY: $55k base salary + commission
- BENEFITS: Benefits are offered!
Will focus on building relationships, understanding client needs, and recommending personal insurance solutions.
- Contact and follow up with leads provided.
- Assess client needs and present appropriate personal lines insurance options.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage trust and retention.
- Assist with the renewal process.
- Meet and maintain metrics and contribute to the agency’s growth.
- Minimum 2 years experience recently working as a Sales Representative, to include sales of Personal Lines Insurance.
- The qualified candidate must hold an active CO Property/Casualty license.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus!
- Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative.
- Good comprehension of insurance plans including Auto, Home, Motorcycle, RV, etc.
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
