Job Description

Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager needed for a well-established agency that promotes and encourages your professional development and growth!

Joining this team, you will work with the Producer and Account Executive to service the growing book of generalized risks, including but not limited to:

  • Marketing of new and renewal policies
  • Daily servicing including answering coverage questions, endorsements, certificates, claims
  • Upselling and cross selling as needed
  • Agency invoicing
  • Communicate and negotiate with underwriting
  • Maintain professional working relationships with insurance companies and other departments/personnel within the agency
 
  • HOURS:  Full-Time Hours, Mon-Fri, 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • DURATION:  Direct Hire
  • PAY:  $75,000 - $100,000 per year + bonus, depending on experience 
  • BENEFITS:  This client offers a full comprehensive benefits package, and support to obtain designations
  • WORKSITE: This is a hybrid role! 1-2 days in office at the Mesa office each week after training.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following experience & skills:
  • 5+ years of current independent insurance agency experience working as an Account Manager on Commercial Insurance risks.
  • Experience processing endorsements, billing/invoicing, financing, reviewing and checking policies, and marketing new and renewal business to multiple insurance carriers.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Applied Epic experience.
  • Current designations highly preferred but this agency will help you obtain and maintain them, including a CISR!
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
  • An Active Arizona P&C License.
