Job Description :
Employee Benefits Account Manager needed for an Insurance Brokerage located in Costa Mesa. 

- This is a direct hire position.

- Salary is $60k. 

 


- Will be the primary service contact on an existing book of business, $500,000 in revenue, with 45 accounts, small group, and individual. 


- Will answer coverage questions, claims resolution, enrollment inquiries, adds/terms, create payroll deduction spreadsheets, manage and build ease central web sites, new and renewal marketing, create compliance documents, maintain TAM database.


- Will work for 2 producers.  


- Must work in the Costa Mesa office, no remote offered. 


Required Qualifications :

The Employee Benefits Account Manager must have recent experience, five years minimum, working in an Employee Benefits AM role in a retail brokerage environment. 


 


The qualified candidate must also hold an active Life/Health license.
