Job Description :
Employee Benefits Account Manager needed for an Insurance Brokerage located in Costa Mesa. 

- This is a direct hire position.

- Depending on experience, salary is $65k - $75k.


(Candidates will need to have Six, plus years recent Employee Benefits AM experience, working within a retail insurance brokerage to qualify for a salary range of $70k-$75k)




This independent insurance brokerage has been in business since 1962. They are very well established and continue to grow. They have outstanding feedback from their clients as per the testimonials on the company website. 


 


- Will be the primary service contact on an existing book of business, $500,000 in revenue, with 45 accounts, small group, and individual. 


- Will answer coverage questions, claims resolution, enrollment inquiries, adds/terms, create payroll deduction spreadsheets, manage and build ease central web sites, new and renewal marketing, create compliance documents, maintain TAM database.


- Will work for 2 producers.  


- Must work in the Costa Mesa office, no remote offered. 


Required Qualifications :

The Employee Benefits Account Manager must have recent experience, five years minimum, working in an Employee Benefits AM role in a retail brokerage environment. 


 


The qualified candidate must also hold an active Life/Health license.
